Everyone,

David Schrag wrote me asking why the site was completely messed up in IE8. I checked and yes it was a mess. The body text was over-running the right side columns making both unreadable.

I installed the IE8 compatibility plugin to see if that would help and it didn't. I decided to move the modules from the right column temporarily until we could figure something out. I've moved some to the left column and the latest discussion to the bottom of the page. While not ideal, at least things display in a readable way for now.

This reinforces the notion that we need to do some further work on the template to create one that works properly.

Unfortunately, things look a bit funky, but the site is useable in all browsers this way.

Thanks,

Scott

I decided to fix up the site and get it into at least reasonable shape by creating a new template with a similar layout but with IE8 compatibility. I used Artisteer 2.2 to generate the template. I think it came out pretty well. I spent about an hour including some quick graphics work and repositioning the modules back to the right hand side.

It looks alot better than with the cramped column on the left and it fixes the issue with the text running over the right column.
