Agenda Setting
Meeting Time = 7-9
3rd Wednesday of Month; booked at Cyber Cafe for now
Meeting Structure = small bits of time for various levels
Meetings may have a structured presentation (2nd hour of meeting; one or even 2 presenters); meeting mgrs set this up
Mission
- engage users workng w/J & provide opportunity to engage & share
- advocacy: share the KoolAide
- further the educational mission of users thru boot camps, workshops, etc.
Possibly work under umbrulla of 501(c)(3) until ready to get our own
Drive more traffic to website
- create a template with the best we've learned/done and make it available thru J.org
- Make the website a key piece of our PR & recruitment

- Meeting Organizer/Reporter = Claire, Sam
- Project Manager of User Site = Scott, Jordan, JohnK
- Project Manager of Developer Site = Scott, Jordan
- Site Manager = Scott, Vivek,
- Site Graphics = Ken, Susan
- Writer/Editor = Charles
Access Levels
- not everybody has ability to do what they need to do to help with the site; we should look at several superadmins
- need to separate out our production site from a developer site so we can accomplish diverse goals
- Keep a running Agenda item on the "protocols" we want to follow for blog posting, etc.
Publicity/PR
- Need more consistent posting of meetings et al to all the places it should go
Presentations
- Jordan (beginner and developer level)
- Should have write-up, slides, etc. to share during and after
Other Info
DocMan 1.5 is stable with doclinks so is OK to use; Vivek noted that Remository is a good document management app as well.
